These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between D.R.D Security Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in India (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “D.R.D Security”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and any individual, organization, student, parent, guardian, employer, institution, or any other person accessing, browsing, registering, enrolling, purchasing, or using any service offered through this website or the Company’s training programs (hereinafter referred to as the “User”, “Student”, “Candidate”, or “You”).
By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting an application, making payment, attending any class, downloading any material, or using any service provided by the Company, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The User must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity to enter into a valid contract under Indian law.
1.2 If the User is below 18 years of age, enrollment shall only be permitted through the consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
1.3 The Company reserves the unrestricted right to refuse admission to any applicant without assigning any reason whatsoever.
2. Course Enrollment
Enrollment shall be deemed confirmed only upon:
Submission of complete registration details;
Successful verification by the Company;
Receipt of applicable fees;
Written confirmation issued by the Company.
The Company may reject, suspend, cancel, or revoke any admission at its sole discretion.
3. Fees and Payments
3.1 All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
3.2 Payment obligations remain absolute irrespective of course completion.
3.3 Failure to pay installments shall constitute breach of contract.
3.4 Late payment charges, interest, administrative charges, recovery costs, and legal expenses may be imposed by the Company.
3.5 The Company reserves the right to suspend classes, revoke portal access, withhold certificates, withhold internship opportunities, cancel admissions, or initiate legal proceedings until all dues are cleared.
All payments made to D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under every circumstance including but not limited to:
Voluntary withdrawal;
Personal reasons;
Medical reasons;
Employment;
Relocation;
Family issues;
Visa rejection;
Lack of attendance;
Dissatisfaction;
Technical issues from the User’s end;
Financial difficulties;
Course discontinuation by the User.
No claim for refund shall be entertained after payment.
5. Course Modifications
The Company reserves absolute rights to:
Modify syllabus;
Modify trainers;
Change technology stack;
Add or remove modules;
Modify projects;
Update assessments;
Change certification requirements;
Change schedules;
Convert offline classes to online;
Convert online classes to offline;
Merge batches;
Reschedule sessions.
Such modifications shall not entitle the Student to any refund.
6. Attendance
Students are required to maintain regular attendance.
The Company shall not be liable to repeat missed sessions.
Repeated absenteeism may result in:
Suspension;
Removal from batch;
Cancellation of certification;
Cancellation of internship eligibility.
7. Academic Integrity
Students shall not:
Cheat during examinations;
Submit copied assignments;
Use unauthorized AI-generated submissions where prohibited;
Impersonate another student;
Share examination material.
Violation shall result in immediate disciplinary action.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property including but not limited to:
Course material;
Notes;
Presentations;
PDFs;
Videos;
Source code;
Research documents;
Training methodologies;
Lab manuals;
Tools;
Scripts;
Software;
Diagrams;
Logos;
Trademarks;
Designs;
Branding;
Documentation;
Assessments;
Questions;
Internal portals;
Learning Management Systems;
Digital Assets;
remain the exclusive property of D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd.
No ownership rights are transferred.
9. Strict Prohibition on Copying
Students shall not:
Record classes;
Take screenshots;
Download videos illegally;
Copy material;
Upload content online;
Share login credentials;
Share course material;
Sell course material;
Reproduce lectures;
Create derivative works.
Violation may attract:
Permanent termination;
Civil recovery proceedings;
Criminal prosecution under applicable laws.
10. Confidential Information
Students may gain access to:
Internal projects;
Security infrastructure;
Research;
Client information;
Training infrastructure.
All such information shall remain confidential.
11. Internship
Internship opportunities are subject to:
Performance;
Attendance;
Assessment;
Interview;
Organizational requirements;
Availability.
Internship is not automatic.
The Company reserves complete discretion regarding internship selection.
12. Placement Assistance
The Company may provide placement assistance.
However:
Employment is never guaranteed.
Salary is never guaranteed.
Employer selection remains independent.
Final hiring decisions remain solely with recruiting organizations.
The Company shall not be liable for rejection by employers.
13. Student Conduct
Students shall maintain professional behavior.
Abuse;
Harassment;
Threats;
Defamation;
Misconduct;
Discrimination;
Violence;
Cybercrime;
Illegal hacking;
Distribution of malware;
Unauthorized attacks;
Use of Company resources for unlawful purposes.
Immediate termination may occur without notice.
14. Cybersecurity Training Disclaimer
Training includes simulated environments.
Students shall never:
Attack real systems;
Test systems without authorization;
Perform illegal penetration testing;
Conduct cybercrime.
The Company shall not be responsible for unlawful acts committed by Students outside authorized laboratory environments.
15. Acceptable Use
Users shall comply with:
Information Technology Act, 2000;
Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008;
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023;
Indian Penal Code, 1860, or its successor legislation, including the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, as applicable;
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023;
Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023;
Copyright Act, 1957;
Trade Marks Act, 1999;
Companies Act, 2013;
Consumer Protection Act, 2019;
All applicable rules, regulations, notifications, and judicial directions in force from time to time.
Any violation shall be solely attributable to the User.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company, its Directors, Officers, Employees, Trainers, Consultants, Shareholders, Agents, Affiliates, Representatives, and Partners shall not be liable for:
Financial loss;
Career loss;
Examination failure;
Job rejection;
Business loss;
Loss of opportunity;
Data loss;
Technical failures;
Network outages;
Indirect damages;
Incidental damages;
Consequential damages.
17. Indemnity
The User agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., its Directors, Officers, Employees, Trainers, Affiliates, and Representatives against any claim, demand, action, proceeding, penalty, fine, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Breach of these Terms;
Misuse of training;
Illegal activities;
Third-party claims;
Violation of law.
18. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate any User without prior notice for:
Non-payment;
Misconduct;
Policy violations;
Copyright infringement;
Fraud;
Misrepresentation;
Criminal conduct;
Unauthorized access;
Reputation damage.
Termination shall not affect the Company’s right to recover outstanding dues.
19. Privacy
Personal information shall be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.
The Company may collect, store, process, and use information necessary for training administration, compliance, verification, certification, and service improvement.
20. Electronic Communications
The User consents to receive communications through:
Email;
SMS;
WhatsApp;
Telephone;
Learning Portal;
Website notifications.
Such communications shall constitute valid legal communication.
21. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
Natural disasters;
Pandemic;
Government restrictions;
Internet failure;
Cyberattack;
Power failure;
Civil unrest;
War;
Labour disputes.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
23. Jurisdiction
Subject to applicable law, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
24. Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing such resolution, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the Parties.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
26. Waiver
Failure by the Company to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Code of Conduct, and any other published policies of the Company, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior understandings.
28. Amendments
The Company reserves the absolute right to modify, revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after such modification shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Declaration
By accessing this website, registering an account, making payment, enrolling in any training program, attending any class, or using any service offered by D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., the User expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety without reservation.
