- Purpose
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “Institute,” “Training Wing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic honesty, professional ethics, intellectual integrity, cybersecurity ethics, and lawful conduct.
Every student, trainee, intern, participant, instructor, mentor, researcher, examiner, evaluator, and certificate holder associated with D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. shall comply with this Academic Integrity Policy.
Academic integrity is a mandatory contractual obligation. Any violation shall constitute serious misconduct and may result in immediate disciplinary, civil, criminal, and administrative action under applicable laws of India.

- Definition of Academic Misconduct
Academic misconduct includes any act intended to obtain an unfair academic, professional, financial, certification, employment, or reputational advantage.
The following list is illustrative and not exhaustive.
- Plagiarism
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Copying another person’s assignment.
- Copying laboratory reports.
- Copying project documentation.
- Copying source code.
- Copying research papers.
- Copying presentations.
- Copying thesis work.
- Copying technical documentation.
- Copying website content.
- Copying Git repositories.
- Copying online solutions.
- Copying AI-generated work without proper disclosure where permitted.
- Submitting purchased assignments.
- Contract cheating.
- Ghostwriting.
- Translating another person’s work and presenting it as original.
- Reusing previously submitted work without written approval.
- Self-plagiarism.
- Using copyrighted materials without authorization.
- Cheating
The following constitute cheating:
- Unauthorized assistance during examinations.
- Unauthorized communication with another candidate.
- Sharing examination questions.
- Sharing answer keys.
- Using hidden electronic devices.
- Using mobile phones during examinations.
- Using unauthorized notes.
- Accessing prohibited websites.
- Accessing external software during assessments.
- Using remote desktop tools.
- Using unauthorized browser extensions.
- Manipulating examination software.
- Screen sharing during online examinations.
- Impersonation.
- Identity substitution.
- Multiple candidates appearing using one identity.
- Any attempt to gain an unfair academic advantage.
- Artificial Intelligence Misuse
Where an assessment requires independent work, the following are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing:
- Submission of AI-generated assignments as original work.
- Submission of AI-generated source code without disclosure.
- Submission of AI-generated reports.
- Submission of AI-generated research.
- Submission of AI-generated documentation.
- Fabrication of experimental results using AI.
- Fabrication of references.
- Fabrication of citations.
- Fabrication of research findings.
- AI-assisted impersonation.
- AI-generated examination answers.
- AI-generated practical examination submissions.
- AI-generated certification assessments.
- Use of AI to bypass examination restrictions.
- AI-assisted plagiarism.
- AI-assisted contract cheating.
Where AI tools are permitted, students must disclose the tools used and remain solely responsible for the accuracy, originality, legality, and authenticity of the submitted work.
- Examination Misconduct
The following are considered serious violations:
- Copying from another candidate.
- Allowing another candidate to copy.
- Possession of unauthorized materials.
- Communicating during examinations.
- Recording examination content.
- Photographing examination papers.
- Audio or video recording examination sessions.
- Screen recording online examinations.
- Tampering with examination systems.
- Hacking examination infrastructure.
- Manipulating marks.
- Unauthorized access to examination servers.
- Attempting to obtain confidential examination materials.
- Bribery.
- Threatening examiners.
- Influencing evaluators.
- Misrepresentation during examinations.
- Assignment and Project Fraud
Students shall not:
- Purchase assignments.
- Sell assignments.
- Exchange assignments.
- Submit another person’s work.
- Submit copied GitHub repositories.
- Submit publicly available projects without authorization.
- Submit fabricated project demonstrations.
- Manipulate project evaluation.
- Falsify project data.
- Fabricate cybersecurity incident reports.
- Fabricate penetration testing reports.
- Fabricate forensic reports.
- Fabricate vulnerability findings.
- Fabricate screenshots or technical evidence.
- Certificate Fraud
The following actions constitute gross misconduct:
- Forging certificates.
- Altering certificates.
- Editing grades.
- Editing completion dates.
- Editing QR codes.
- Editing digital signatures.
- Misusing certificate verification systems.
- Printing unauthorized certificates.
- Selling certificates.
- Purchasing certificates.
- Claiming certification without successful completion.
- Misrepresenting academic qualifications.
- Using counterfeit certificates.
- Creating fake verification portals.
- Tampering with certificate serial numbers.
- Identity Fraud
Strictly prohibited:
- Impersonation.
- Identity theft.
- Using another person’s login credentials.
- Sharing student portal credentials.
- Using another person’s examination account.
- False identity verification.
- Submission using another individual’s identity.
- Biometric manipulation.
- Deepfake identity fraud.
- Synthetic identity creation.
- Digital and Cyber Misconduct
The following are considered severe violations:
- Unauthorized system access.
- Attempted hacking of Institute infrastructure.
- Malware deployment.
- Ransomware deployment.
- Credential theft.
- Network attacks.
- Denial-of-Service attacks.
- Database tampering.
- Reverse engineering Institute software without authorization.
- Data theft.
- Data leakage.
- Password sharing.
- Social engineering against staff or students.
- Unauthorized vulnerability scanning.
- Unauthorized penetration testing.
- Bypassing security controls.
- Tampering with attendance systems.
- Research Integrity
Every research submission must be:
- Original.
- Lawful.
- Ethical.
- Properly referenced.
- Supported by genuine evidence.
The following are prohibited:
- Data fabrication.
- Data falsification.
- Fake experiments.
- Fake references.
- Fake citations.
- Manipulated datasets.
- Duplicate publication.
- Research plagiarism.
- Image manipulation.
- Misrepresentation of results.
- Intellectual Property Protection
All educational materials, including but not limited to:
- Course videos
- Laboratory manuals
- Assignments
- Source code
- Software
- Research documents
- Presentations
- Digital assets
- Learning Management System content
- Training recordings
- Examination papers
remain the exclusive intellectual property of D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, recording, distribution, resale, publication, uploading, sharing, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
- Investigation Procedure
The Institute reserves the right to:
- Conduct internal investigations.
- Audit examination records.
- Review CCTV footage.
- Review online examination recordings.
- Review IP addresses.
- Review browser logs.
- Review attendance logs.
- Review LMS activity.
- Perform plagiarism detection.
- Perform AI-detection analysis where applicable.
- Verify project authenticity.
- Verify identity.
- Preserve digital evidence.
- Cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
The Institute’s findings shall be based on the balance of probabilities, supported by documentary, electronic, or forensic evidence.
- Disciplinary Action
Depending upon the seriousness of the violation, the Institute may impose one or more of the following sanctions without refund or compensation:
- Written warning.
- Academic warning.
- Zero marks.
- Assignment rejection.
- Examination cancellation.
- Project rejection.
- Grade reduction.
- Mandatory re-assessment.
- Suspension.
- Temporary debarment.
- Permanent expulsion.
- Cancellation of certification.
- Revocation of previously issued certificates.
- Blacklisting from future admissions.
- Termination of internship.
- Termination of scholarship.
- Reporting to employers where legally permissible.
- Reporting to academic institutions where legally permissible.
- Civil recovery proceedings.
- Criminal complaint before competent authorities.
- Injunction proceedings.
- Recovery of damages.
- Recovery of litigation costs.
- Permanent restriction from Institute services.
- Reporting Violations
Any person may confidentially report suspected academic misconduct by providing supporting evidence to the Institute.
False, malicious, or intentionally misleading complaints may themselves constitute misconduct and may attract disciplinary or legal action.
- Compliance with Indian Laws
This Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including, where applicable:
- The Constitution of India.
- The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).
- The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS).
- The Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA).
- The Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules framed thereunder.
- The Copyright Act, 1957.
- The Trade Marks Act, 1999.
- The Patents Act, 1970.
- The Designs Act, 2000.
- The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable.
- Applicable contractual, intellectual property, cybercrime, and evidence laws in force in India.
Nothing in this Policy limits the Institute’s right to pursue any civil, criminal, contractual, or equitable remedy available under applicable law.
- Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and tribunals situated in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Acceptance
By enrolling in any course, examination, workshop, certification, internship, research program, online platform, or educational activity conducted by D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., every participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to comply with this Academic Integrity Policy.
Ignorance of this Policy shall not constitute a defense against disciplinary or legal action.
