  1. Introduction

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) govern the participation, conduct, communication, and interaction of all members, students, instructors, volunteers, moderators, chapter leaders, guests, and visitors within any official online or offline community operated, administered, or affiliated with D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. – Training Wing (“Company”, “D.R.D Security”, “Training Wing”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Guidelines apply, without limitation, to:

  • Official Website Community
  • Student Portal
  • Discussion Forums
  • Discord Servers
  • WhatsApp Communities
  • WhatsApp Groups
  • Telegram Channels & Groups
  • Facebook Groups
  • LinkedIn Groups
  • Instagram Broadcast Channels
  • X (Twitter) Communities
  • Slack
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Google Classroom
  • Email Groups
  • Private Communities
  • Event Groups
  • Alumni Groups
  • Any future digital or physical communication platform operated by D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd.

Participation in any official D.R.D Security community constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Guidelines, the Company’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of India.

  1. Legal Compliance

Every participant shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of India including, but not limited to:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000 and amendments
  • Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
  • Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS)
  • Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS)
  • Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023
  • Copyright Act, 1957
  • Trade Marks Act, 1999
  • Information Technology Rules
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Any applicable Cyber Crime laws
  • Any future legislation applicable within India.

Any activity violating applicable law may immediately be reported to competent authorities without prior notice.

  1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

The Company maintains an absolute Zero-Tolerance Policy against any activity that threatens the safety, security, integrity, reputation, or lawful functioning of the community.

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate suspension
  • Permanent removal
  • Course termination
  • Cancellation of certifications
  • Blacklisting
  • Reporting to employers or educational institutions where legally permissible
  • Civil legal proceedings
  • Criminal complaint before competent authorities
  • Claim for monetary damages
  • Permanent restriction from all D.R.D Security services

No refund shall be issued following termination due to misconduct.

  1. Professional Conduct

Members shall:

  • Maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Respect instructors, moderators, staff, and fellow members.
  • Communicate respectfully.
  • Follow moderator instructions immediately.
  • Maintain academic integrity.
  • Use appropriate language.
  • Refrain from abusive behavior.

The Company reserves exclusive authority to determine whether conduct is inappropriate.

  1. Ethical Cybersecurity Discussions

The Training Wing supports cybersecurity education solely for lawful, ethical, and defensive purposes.

Members shall not:

  • Request malware intended for criminal use.
  • Share stolen databases.
  • Share leaked credentials.
  • Exchange unauthorized exploits.
  • Publish zero-day vulnerabilities irresponsibly.
  • Trade illegal hacking tools.
  • Encourage unauthorized access.
  • Facilitate cybercrime.
  • Solicit illegal hacking services.

Educational discussions must remain within legal and ethical boundaries.

  1. Respect for Privacy

Members shall not disclose, publish, upload, or distribute:

  • Personal phone numbers
  • Residential addresses
  • Aadhaar information
  • PAN details
  • Passport information
  • Banking details
  • Credit card information
  • Government-issued identity documents
  • Examination credentials
  • Login credentials
  • Company confidential information
  • Investigation-related material
  • Student records
  • Employee records
  • Internal communications
  • Screenshots of private conversations without explicit consent

Unauthorized disclosure may attract civil and criminal liability.

  1. Intellectual Property Protection

All content published by D.R.D Security, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials
  • Videos
  • PDFs
  • Notes
  • Slides
  • Presentations
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Software
  • Source code
  • Documents
  • Research
  • Graphics
  • Audio
  • Training methodologies
  • Assessments

shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, recording, downloading, redistribution, resale, republication, reproduction, commercial exploitation, or modification is strictly prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to initiate civil and criminal proceedings for infringement.

  1. Academic Integrity

Members shall not:

  • Share examination answers.
  • Cheat during assessments.
  • Submit plagiarized work.
  • Purchase assignments.
  • Use proxy attendance.
  • Misrepresent project ownership.
  • Submit AI-generated work where prohibited.
  • Forge certificates.
  • Manipulate evaluation systems.

Violations may result in permanent academic disqualification.

  1. Advertising and Self-Promotion

Without prior written authorization, members shall not:

  • Advertise businesses.
  • Promote coaching institutes.
  • Recruit students.
  • Sell products.
  • Promote affiliate links.
  • Share referral links.
  • Solicit investments.
  • Conduct commercial activities.
  • Promote competing training providers.
  • Collect donations.
  • Conduct unauthorized marketing.

Moderators may remove promotional material without notice.

  1. Moderator Authority

Moderators possess absolute discretion to:

  • Remove posts.
  • Edit discussions where appropriate.
  • Restrict permissions.
  • Mute members.
  • Suspend accounts.
  • Remove members permanently.
  • Close discussions.
  • Escalate incidents for investigation.

Moderator decisions are final unless formally reviewed by Company management.

  1. Reporting Violations

Members are encouraged to report suspected violations promptly.

Reports should include:

  • Username
  • Platform
  • Screenshots
  • Links
  • Date and time
  • Description of the incident

Knowingly submitting false or malicious complaints may itself constitute misconduct.

  1. Digital Evidence

The Company may preserve:

  • Chat logs
  • Activity records
  • IP-related metadata where available
  • Uploaded files
  • Messages
  • Reports
  • Screenshots
  • Administrative records

Such records may be retained and disclosed where required by law, legal process, internal investigations, or the protection of legitimate business interests.

  1. No Expectation of Privacy

Official community platforms are intended for educational and administrative purposes.

Members should not expect absolute confidentiality for communications made within official Company-managed platforms.

  1. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate participation immediately, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that a member has:

  • Violated these Guidelines;
  • Engaged in unlawful or unethical conduct;
  • Endangered the safety or security of others;
  • Disrupted the learning environment; or
  • Damaged the Company’s reputation, systems, or operations.

Such action may be temporary or permanent.

  1. Reservation of Rights

D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • Amend these Guidelines at any time.
  • Modify community rules.
  • Remove any content.
  • Suspend services.
  • Restrict access.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
  • Preserve evidence.
  • Pursue all available civil and criminal remedies.

Continued participation after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts and competent judicial authorities located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Guidelines.
