Placement Assistance Policy – D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. (Training Wing)
This Placement Assistance Policy (“Policy”) governs the placement support services provided by D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., through its Training Wing, to students, trainees, interns, and participants enrolled in any training, certification, internship preparation, bootcamp, workshop, or educational program (“Student”).
By enrolling in any program offered by D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., every Student acknowledges that they have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Policy in its entirety.
- Nature of Placement Assistance
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. provides career guidance and placement assistance only.
Placement assistance may include, without limitation:
- Resume and CV review
- LinkedIn profile optimization
- Career counselling
- Mock interviews
- Technical interview preparation
- HR interview preparation
- Soft skills development
- Communication skills guidance
- Job opportunity notifications
- Internship opportunity notifications
- Employer referrals
- Campus recruitment support
- Networking opportunities
- Industry interaction sessions
- Career mentoring
- Recruitment event participation
- Employer introductions
- Portfolio review
- Technical assessment guidance
These services are intended solely to enhance employability and shall not be construed as a promise or assurance of employment.
- No Guarantee of Employment
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee:
- Employment of any kind;
- Placement in any company or organization;
- Internship selection;
- Freelance work;
- Government employment;
- Private employment;
- Remote employment;
- International employment;
- Salary package;
- Minimum salary;
- Maximum salary;
- Fixed compensation;
- Job designation;
- Job role;
- Employer selection;
- Number of interview opportunities;
- Interview calls;
- Interview success;
- Offer letters;
- Joining confirmation;
- Employment duration;
- Promotion;
- Career progression;
- Visa sponsorship;
- Overseas placement; or
- Any specific career outcome.
Every recruitment decision remains solely within the discretion of the respective employer.
- Independent Employer Decisions
Students expressly acknowledge that D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. has no authority or control over:
- Employer hiring decisions;
- Recruitment policies;
- Interview procedures;
- Selection criteria;
- Background verification;
- Technical assessments;
- HR evaluations;
- Compensation structures;
- Joining dates;
- Offer withdrawals;
- Employment termination; or
- Any employment-related decision made by third-party organizations.
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any employer’s decision before, during, or after the recruitment process.
- Student Responsibility
Every Student remains solely responsible for:
- Academic performance;
- Attendance;
- Skill development;
- Practical knowledge;
- Examination performance;
- Project quality;
- Portfolio preparation;
- Resume accuracy;
- Professional conduct;
- Interview preparation;
- Communication skills;
- Timely submission of assignments;
- Compliance with employer requirements;
- Background verification documentation;
- Identity verification;
- Employment eligibility; and
- Acceptance or rejection of employment offers.
Placement outcomes are directly influenced by the Student’s own competence, dedication, conduct, experience, and market conditions.
- No Representation or Warranty
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. makes no representation, warranty, promise, assurance, undertaking, or guarantee, whether express or implied, regarding:
- Placement success;
- Job availability;
- Employment opportunities;
- Salary expectations;
- Employer demand;
- Hiring timelines;
- Recruitment volume;
- Selection probability; or
- Career advancement.
All placement-related services are provided on a best-effort basis.
- Market Conditions
Students acknowledge that employment opportunities are influenced by numerous external factors beyond the control of D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., including:
- Industry demand;
- Economic conditions;
- Employer hiring freezes;
- Technological changes;
- Company budgets;
- Business restructuring;
- Government regulations;
- Global economic events;
- Competition among candidates;
- Recruitment cycles; and
- Employer-specific requirements.
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any adverse employment market conditions.
- Employer Relationship
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. is not:
- An employment agency;
- A manpower consultancy;
- A recruitment company;
- A staffing agency;
- A labour contractor; or
- An authorized representative of any employer,
unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
The company merely facilitates communication between Students and prospective employers whenever opportunities are available.
- Third-Party Opportunities
Any internship, employment, freelance, apprenticeship, referral, or recruitment opportunity communicated to Students is provided solely for informational purposes.
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. does not warrant:
- Employer authenticity;
- Hiring completion;
- Compensation;
- Working conditions;
- Organizational policies;
- Job security; or
- Employer conduct.
Students are advised to independently verify all employment opportunities before accepting any offer.
- Placement Eligibility
Placement assistance may be provided only to Students who satisfy applicable eligibility requirements, including but not limited to:
- Successful completion of the enrolled program;
- Compliance with academic requirements;
- Good disciplinary record;
- Fee clearance;
- Attendance requirements;
- Submission of required documentation; and
- Any additional criteria prescribed by D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. or participating employers.
Eligibility for placement assistance does not guarantee employment.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., its Directors, Officers, Employees, Trainers, Consultants, Mentors, Affiliates, Representatives, Partners, and Agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or economic loss arising from or relating to:
- Failure to obtain employment;
- Delay in placement;
- Employer rejection;
- Interview failure;
- Salary disputes;
- Offer withdrawal;
- Employment termination;
- Career progression;
- Business decisions of employers; or
- Any employment-related matter.
The Student agrees that participation in placement assistance services is entirely voluntary and undertaken at their own discretion.
- Modification of Placement Services
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. reserves the absolute right to:
- Modify;
- Suspend;
- Expand;
- Restrict; or
- Discontinue
any placement assistance service at any time without prior notice, without assigning any reason, and without incurring any liability.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Acceptance
By enrolling in any training program, making any payment, accessing training materials, attending classes, using placement assistance services, or continuing participation in any educational program offered by D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., the Student confirms that they:
- Have read this Placement Assistance Policy in full;
- Understand all terms and conditions contained herein;
- Voluntarily accept and agree to be legally bound by this Policy; and
- Acknowledge that no promise or guarantee of employment, salary, employer selection, interview success, or career outcome has been made by D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd.
