- Introduction
This Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy (“Policy”) governs the ownership, access, licensing, usage, protection, reproduction, distribution, and enforcement of all intellectual property made available by D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., its Training Wing, instructors, researchers, consultants, employees, affiliates, licensors, and authorized representatives.
By accessing this website, enrolling in any course, attending any training session, downloading any material, participating in any workshop, webinar, internship, laboratory exercise, certification program, or using any learning resource provided by D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., the user expressly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be legally bound by this Policy.
Any violation shall constitute a material breach of contract and may attract civil and criminal liability under the applicable laws of India.
- Ownership of Intellectual Property

Protection exists irrespective of whether the material is registered.
- Limited License
Upon successful enrollment and payment of applicable fees, D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. grants the student a:
- Limited
- Personal
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Non-sublicensable
- Revocable
license solely for personal educational purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred.
- Permitted Uses
Students may only:
- Access purchased courses.
- View course videos.
- Download authorized study materials where permitted.
- Use practical labs solely for learning.
- Take personal handwritten notes.
- Complete assignments.
- Participate in examinations.
- Participate in instructor-approved discussions.
No other rights are granted.
- Strictly Prohibited Activities
Without prior written permission from D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., no person shall directly or indirectly:
- Copy any material.
- Reproduce any content.
- Record live classes.
- Screen record videos.
- Download protected videos.
- Share login credentials.
- Share course access.
- Upload materials to YouTube.
- Upload materials to Telegram.
- Upload materials to WhatsApp.
- Upload materials to Google Drive.
- Upload materials to Dropbox.
- Upload materials to OneDrive.
- Upload materials to GitHub.
- Upload materials to any cloud storage.
- Sell course materials.
- Rent course materials.
- Lease course materials.
- Redistribute content.
- Mirror the website.
- Reverse engineer software.
- Modify source code.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Remove watermarks.
- Circumvent Digital Rights Management (DRM).
- Create derivative works.
- Translate proprietary content without permission.
- Publish materials online.
- Use materials for commercial coaching.
- Train others using proprietary materials.
- Use laboratories for unauthorized purposes.
- Copy examination questions.
- Reproduce certification content.
- Copy presentations.
- Duplicate practical exercises.
- Extract datasets.
- Build competing products using proprietary content.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to reproduce proprietary material.
- Generate derivative training content using D.R.D Security materials.
- Scrape website content using bots or automated software.
- Archive protected materials.
- Print materials for commercial distribution.
- Impersonate instructors.
- Falsely claim ownership.
- Misuse trademarks.
- Register confusingly similar domain names.
- Use branding without written authorization.
Attempting any of the above shall also constitute a violation.
- Monitoring and Enforcement
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. reserves the absolute right to:
- Monitor platform activity.
- Monitor downloads.
- Monitor login locations.
- Monitor IP addresses.
- Monitor device identifiers.
- Monitor browser fingerprints.
- Monitor abnormal access patterns.
- Insert invisible digital watermarks.
- Embed forensic identifiers.
- Track unauthorized redistribution.
- Investigate suspected misuse.
- Suspend accounts immediately.
- Permanently terminate accounts.
- Block future enrollments.
- Preserve electronic evidence.
- Cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
- Initiate legal proceedings.
No refund shall be payable following termination arising from any violation.
- Copyright Infringement
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, communication to the public, adaptation, publication, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any protected material shall constitute copyright infringement.
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to issue:
- Legal Notices
- Cease and Desist Notices
- Takedown Notices
- Civil Recovery Claims
- Criminal Complaints
- Permanent Injunction Applications
- Anton Piller Orders (where legally applicable)
- John Doe/Ashok Kumar Orders (where legally applicable)
- Damages Claims
- Account Freezing Requests where permitted by law
- Trademark Protection
“D.R.D Security”, associated logos, slogans, certification marks, course names, product names, research names, and all associated branding are proprietary intellectual property.
Unauthorized use in advertisements, websites, social media, printed material, domain names, business names, training institutes, promotional campaigns, or commercial activities is strictly prohibited.
- Research and Proprietary Methodologies
All proprietary research, cybersecurity methodologies, forensic procedures, investigation frameworks, AI models, laboratory designs, educational frameworks, testing procedures, assessment techniques, software architecture, and technical documentation remain the exclusive confidential intellectual property of D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd.
No rights are granted to reproduce or commercialize such materials.
- Student-Created Work
Assignments, projects, reports, source code, practical submissions, recordings, presentations, research work, or laboratory submissions created by students shall remain the property of the student.
However, by submitting such work, the student grants D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to review, evaluate, store, reproduce, display, archive, and use such submissions for academic administration, internal assessment, accreditation, quality assurance, research, promotional purposes (with appropriate discretion), plagiarism detection, and educational improvement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Third-Party Intellectual Property
Certain materials may belong to third parties and are used under license, statutory permissions, or fair dealing provisions.
Such intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.
- Reporting Infringement
Any suspected infringement may be reported to:

- Indemnity
Any person violating this Policy agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, trainers, affiliates, consultants, licensors, successors, and assigns against all losses, damages, claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, legal fees, investigation costs, and court proceedings arising from such violation.
- Limitation of License
Nothing contained in this Policy shall be construed as granting any ownership, assignment, transfer, franchise, partnership, agency, or commercial exploitation rights over any intellectual property belonging to D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, without prejudice to the right of D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. to seek interim or injunctive relief before any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Reservation of Rights
D.R.D Security Pvt. Ltd. expressly reserves all intellectual property rights, statutory rights, equitable rights, common law rights, contractual rights, and all remedies available under applicable law.
Failure or delay in enforcing any provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of any legal right or remedy.
