CERTIFICATION POLICY

- Purpose
This Certification Policy governs the issuance, withholding, suspension, cancellation, revocation, verification, and validity of all certificates issued by D.R.D Security Private Limited (“Company”, “D.R.D Security”, “Training Wing”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Every student, trainee, intern, participant, or learner (“Candidate”) enrolling in any course, workshop, bootcamp, internship, certification program, or training conducted by the Company agrees to be legally bound by this Policy.
Certification is a privilege granted upon successful fulfillment of all academic, administrative, financial, ethical, and legal requirements prescribed by the Company. No Candidate shall acquire any automatic or vested right to receive a certificate merely by enrolling in or attending a program.

- Online Training Programs
- Offline Training Programs
- Hybrid Learning Programs
- Internship Programs
- Corporate Training
- Workshops
- Bootcamps
- Seminars
- Faculty Development Programs
- Skill Development Courses
- Professional Certification Programs
- International Programs
- Franchise Training Centers
- Authorized Learning Partners
- Eligibility for Certification
A Candidate shall become eligible for certification only after satisfying all of the following requirements:
3.1 Attendance Requirement
Unless otherwise notified in writing, the Candidate must maintain a minimum attendance of 90% of all scheduled lectures, practical sessions, laboratory exercises, workshops, mentor sessions, assignments, and compulsory activities.
Attendance may be monitored through:
- Digital attendance systems
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Login records
- Biometric attendance
- CCTV verification
- Faculty records
- Assignment submissions
- Practical participation
The Company’s attendance records shall be final and binding.
3.2 Academic Performance
The Candidate must:
- Successfully complete all prescribed modules.
- Complete all practical exercises.
- Submit all mandatory assignments.
- Successfully complete all case studies.
- Successfully complete all laboratory assessments.
- Successfully complete viva examinations (where applicable).
- Achieve the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by the Company.
The Company reserves absolute discretion in determining the passing criteria for each program.
3.3 Project Completion
Where applicable, Candidates shall:
- Successfully complete all mandatory projects.
- Submit original work.
- Successfully demonstrate project functionality.
- Complete project presentations.
- Successfully defend project implementation before evaluators.
Incomplete, copied, AI-generated without authorization, plagiarized, or fraudulent projects shall be rejected.
3.4 Examination
Candidates must successfully pass:
- Internal Assessments
- Practical Examinations
- Theory Examinations
- Online Examinations
- Viva Voce
- Skill Assessments
- Final Evaluation
Failure to qualify shall render the Candidate ineligible for certification unless re-assessment is expressly permitted by the Company.
- Financial Clearance
No certificate shall be issued unless:
- All course fees have been fully paid.
- All installment payments have been cleared.
- No dues remain outstanding.
- All applicable taxes have been paid.
- Any penalties, late payment charges, examination fees, project fees, certification fees, or other charges prescribed by the Company have been fully settled.
The Company shall have the unrestricted right to withhold certificates until complete financial clearance is received.
- Conduct and Discipline
Certification is subject to satisfactory conduct.
The Company may deny certification for any Candidate found involved in:
- Misconduct
- Indiscipline
- Harassment
- Violence
- Threatening behaviour
- Defamation
- Cyber abuse
- Criminal activity
- Damage to Company property
- Abuse of faculty or staff
- Abuse of other Candidates
- Violation of classroom rules
- Violation of examination rules
- Violation of laboratory rules
- Violation of internship guidelines
- Violation of Company policies
The decision of the Company regarding misconduct shall be final.
- Academic Integrity
The Company follows a strict zero-tolerance policy towards academic dishonesty.
The following acts are strictly prohibited:
- Cheating during examinations.
- Plagiarism.
- Contract cheating.
- Proxy attendance.
- Impersonation.
- Identity fraud.
- Submission of copied assignments.
- Submission of copied projects.
- Unauthorized collaboration.
- Use of unauthorized examination materials.
- Manipulation of assessment records.
- Forgery of academic records.
- Misrepresentation of qualifications.
Any such act may result in:
- Immediate disqualification.
- Cancellation of examination.
- Failure in the course.
- Withholding of certification.
- Permanent blacklisting.
- Legal proceedings under applicable laws.
- Identity Verification
The Company reserves the right to verify the identity of every Candidate before issuing any certificate.
Candidates may be required to produce:
- Government-issued Photo Identification
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport
- PAN Card
- Driving Licence
- Student Identification Card
- Biometric Verification
- Live Photo Verification
- Video Verification
Failure to complete identity verification may result in denial of certification.
- Right to Withhold Certificate
The Company reserves the unconditional right to withhold any certificate if:
- Attendance requirements are not fulfilled.
- Minimum academic standards are not achieved.
- Mandatory projects remain incomplete.
- Course fees remain unpaid.
- Disciplinary proceedings are pending.
- Identity verification is incomplete.
- Academic misconduct is suspected.
- Fraud investigation is pending.
- Criminal investigation involving the Candidate is pending.
- False documents have been submitted.
- Any violation of Company policies is detected.
The withholding of certification shall not entitle the Candidate to any refund, compensation, damages, or legal claim.
- Revocation of Certificate
The Company may revoke, cancel, invalidate, suspend, or permanently withdraw any certificate at any time if it is subsequently discovered that:
- False information was provided.
- Fake documents were submitted.
- Identity fraud occurred.
- Examination malpractice occurred.
- Proxy attendance occurred.
- Academic misconduct occurred.
- Project plagiarism occurred.
- Assessment manipulation occurred.
- Bribery or corruption occurred.
- Certificate was obtained by deception.
- Candidate violated Company policies.
- Candidate engaged in conduct bringing disrepute to the Company or its certification system.
Revocation may occur irrespective of the date of issue and without limitation of time.
- Verification of Certificates
All certificates issued by the Company remain the exclusive intellectual property of D.R.D Security Private Limited.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Maintain a certificate verification database.
- Verify certificate authenticity.
- Reject verification requests where appropriate.
- Notify employers or institutions regarding revoked certificates.
- Publish revocation notices where legally permissible.
Third parties are advised to verify certificate authenticity directly with the Company.
- Duplicate Certificates
Duplicate certificates may be issued solely at the Company’s discretion upon:
- Submission of a written application.
- Identity verification.
- Payment of applicable administrative charges.
- Satisfactory proof of loss, damage, or destruction.
The Company may refuse issuance of duplicate certificates without assigning any reason.
- Certificate Validity
Certain certifications may remain valid only for the period specified by the Company.
The Company may prescribe:
- Renewal requirements
- Continuing education
- Re-assessment
- Skill validation
- Refresher examinations
Failure to comply may result in expiration of certification.
- Intellectual Property
Course materials, assessments, examination papers, projects, laboratory exercises, presentations, software, documentation, and certification designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of D.R.D Security Private Limited.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, recording, publication, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may attract civil and criminal liability under applicable Indian laws.
- Limitation of Certification
A certificate issued by the Company:
- Certifies successful completion of the Company’s prescribed requirements only.
- Does not constitute a professional licence issued by any statutory authority.
- Does not guarantee employment.
- Does not guarantee internship.
- Does not guarantee promotion.
- Does not guarantee salary.
- Does not create any contractual employment relationship with the Company.
- Legal Compliance
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including, where applicable:
- The Indian Contract Act, 1872
- The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The Copyright Act, 1957
- The Trade Marks Act, 1999
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
- Any other applicable statutory enactments, rules, regulations, or judicial pronouncements.
- Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless otherwise determined by applicable law.
- Company’s Reserved Rights
D.R.D Security Private Limited expressly reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to:
- Modify certification criteria.
- Amend examination standards.
- Change attendance requirements.
- Revise assessment methods.
- Introduce additional eligibility conditions.
- Suspend certification programs.
- Cancel certification programs.
- Reject certification requests.
- Withhold certificates.
- Revoke previously issued certificates.
- Conduct audits and investigations.
- Take disciplinary or legal action against any Candidate found violating this Policy.
Such decisions shall be final and binding, subject only to applicable law.
- Acceptance
By enrolling in any program conducted by D.R.D Security Private Limited, the Candidate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to comply with this Certification Policy. Continued participation in any training program constitutes unconditional acceptance of all terms contained herein.
